District 3
District 3 consists of the City of Hallock.
Joe Bouvette has served Kittson County as Commissioner of District 3 since 1987. Joe is a retired dentist and a lifelong resident of Kittson County. Joe and his wife Sandy reside in Hallock. They have 2 children.

Delegate: Association of MN Counties, Employee Relations, Local Board of Health, Mark-Kit Landfill Joint Powers Board, Transportation Advisory Committee, American’s with Disabilities Act Board, Technology Committee, GIS Committee, Personnel and Negotiation Committee, General Government, Wetlands Joint Powers Board, Kittson County Courthouse Building Committee, Law Library Board and North Kittson Rural Water Commission Joe is currently the chair of the Northwest Regional Development Commission.
